Refund policy

All sales are final unless there is a defect on the item.

If you feel the item you received is defective, please email us immediately at colour.fix.art@gmail.com to file a claim. Please include the name of the item you purchased, your receipt (proof of purchase), photos of the defect and a description of what is wrong in the email. 

Commissioned pieces are final sale. Due to the nature of the custom piece, these may not be returned.
