Shipping policy

Original Art:
Original art pieces are ready to ship and will be sent out 2-4 days from purchase date. They will be carefully packaged and will be shipped from Chicago, IL via the safest and most economic method possible. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. 

Commissioned Art:
Commissioned art pieces are made to order and the timeline will be discussed at the start of the project. They will be carefully packaged and will be shipped from Chicago, IL via the safest and most economic method possible. Customer is responsible for shipping fees. 

Local Pickup:
If you are in the Chicago Area and would like to pick up your new art, please email us at colour.fix.art@gmail.com to schedule a day and time to visit the studio. The pick up option is only available for Original Art and Commissioned Art pieces. We are still learning this site, so orders involving original art may need to be conducted offsite to bypass shipping charges.

Everything Else:
Everything else (ie: prints, cards, puzzles and other decor items) are made at a 3rd party facility. These products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
